Hello, I’m Mish Norris, a ‘Pom’ (British National) living and working remotely from Melbourne, VIC leading the Brand Experience (Content, Design, Production, UX/UI and Digital Experience) for Bloomingdale’s, Harvey Nichols, and Al Tayer’s portfolio of luxury brands.
With over 11+ years of experience, my area of expertise is the fashion & lifestyle industry – working on an array of online and offline journeys. I am passionate about emerging digital trends, omni-channel focused strategies, and pushing boundaries with big integrated ideas being data-driven in Digital (Web/Mobile) developments.
I aim to bring an intuitive and collaborative approach, whilst thriving on opportunities of building teams and nurturing individuals. Having worked across start-ups such as the awarding-winning Social eCommerce platform, Motilo.com and Farfetch’s direct competitor Styloko to international established retailers, brands, & enterprises – working in dynamic fast-paced environments is something I enjoy.
Throughout my experience, I have been fortunate to have had the ability to grow, accomplish and implement strategies across a multitude of platforms. A self-derived principle which has successfully landed itself to my achievements is inspired by, the BCAA proteins (Branched-Chain Amino Acids), each in isolation can not be synthesized, converted into a mindset of Brand, Customer, Analyse and Action across all user experiences and transitioning digital environments through Mobile, App & Web-based journeys.
